71% avoided rape with protective measures.

There is a phrase, "teach a mother, teach the world."

The Stay Alive© Women's Only Personal Protection System is designed for all women and especially mothers. This program will educate and put you in the know, of the likelihood of a sexual assault happening to you or someone you love.

Our mission is to make mothers the back bone for networking and countering this epidemic! Just as we were marched out the school with the fire escape plan as a child, and taught to stop drop and roll. So it is with having an effective personal protection system in place for yourself and your family.
This 4 hour phase one program consists of lecture, group interaction that includes medium physical activity (to comfort level). Participants are asked to bring pen and notebook, and comfortable clothes.

This program is available as corporate continued education and can be scheduled at your work site or at the Academy.

This program can also be participated in, in small groups and private sessions.
